Education

Laos has been continuously improving its education system. While primary and secondary education is widely available, vocational and technical training are being actively promoted to prepare skilled workers for both domestic and international labor markets. Many young people pursue language studies, especially English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Thai, to increase their employment opportunities abroad.
