ADS Phonhong Training & Education Center
ADS Phonhong Training & Education Center is located in Phonhong District, Vientiane Province, approximately 45–60 minutes from the capital city, Vientiane.
This center serves as both a branch office and a comprehensive training hub, offering language and vocational skill development for workers and students alike.
We provide specialized language training in Korean, Japanese, English, and other foreign languages for individuals preparing to work abroad. In addition, we offer career guidance and preparatory support for high school graduates who wish to pursue further education overseas.
The original training facility has been newly renovated to meet modern standards, featuring fully equipped classrooms, meeting rooms, upgraded electrical systems, and a wide range of essential teaching tools. This ensures a high-quality learning environment that supports both instruction and community-based activities with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Mr. Adysak Mounvongsa
Founder and CEO of ADS Co., Ltd., he has firsthand experience working in South Korea and deeply understands the life and challenges of foreign workers. With the belief that:
“Workers are not just laborers but individuals who sacrifice family for a better future for their children.”
He established ADS to be an organization that not only sends workers abroad but also supports them closely at every stage—from pre-departure to on-the-job, and even when issues arise overseas.
Under his leadership, ADS focuses on training workers to be disciplined, preventing risky behaviors, and ensuring complete preparation before traveling. The company works responsibly and transparently with international partners.
Beyond labor-related missions, Mr. Adisak recognizes the importance of developing service quality in Laos to meet international standards—whether in education, tourism, travel, or business consulting.
With a long-term vision, he has expanded ADS’s services to cover job placement, training centers, scholarships, tourism, visas, and government document services.
